Do auctions disclose title condition? salvage repaired and such.

And the dealer who bought it will list it on his lot for $19,999!

I have been working with dealers and auction cars for over 16 years now.

Auto-auctions are generally only open to dealerships and not the public. Good info to know when you are trying to negotiate a good price though...

Yeah lol the Honda dealership near me went out and got a TSX, TL and Si (older style) and they all sat there and didn't sell. I think they're mistake was telling potential customers (like me) that they got them at auction.

I have worked at a few dealers and have seen some crazy deals on cars from auction.

Wonder if there was anything wrong with it? Crashed, etc?

When I worked at Acura I was driving "my" 6 speed TSX with navi that I always used. When an old man smashed into me and creamed the car, it had to sell at auction after it was repaired and sold for pretty cheap. I loved it and it wasn't even my car, haha.

Man I would kill to get into one of those auctions. I went to school w/ a guy who's dad owns a huge Ford/Toyota dealership in my town. Bought an RX8 for under 10k (I think it was literally like 6-8k) and had it on his lot for nearly 20k. So unfair!

Used cars are a HUGE source of profit for dealers. They love making used sales, an instant 2-5k or more in profit. If a dealer makes 2k on a new car sale they did great.
