I was just talking to the GF the other day about trading my LX in for a Fit Sport. Then I washed my LX and I'm rethinking things lol.
Seriously though, for me. I'm big on road trips, and the fit is more than capable comapred to an LX Coupe. Not to mention. The new 09 Fit Sport looks great. |

Yes I heard this too. That is a + in my book. I've heard that the Canada and Ohio (even the Alabama) plants are "top notch" and follow the same QA guidelines as their Japanese counterparts but for some reason, I still like to see a Japanese car come out of Japan.

In all honesty, the only real part made in Japan in the Si is the part that everyone complains about. The transmission.
In any case, the appeal of the Fit is that it is essentially like the 6th generation Civic, compared to the 8th generation Civic. I mean, seriously, our cars are just as big as older Accords. The Fit/Jazz was released to bring back the economy car to the lineup that the original was. I like the Fit/Jazz. I like its purpose. I like its engine. But I wouldn't trade my Si for it.
