I couldn't really make out the plate #s but the officer say he will look into it.

I'm wondering do they even really go back and look at these videos? Are these "reports" even helpful at all? Nothing seems to be working out for me in the end.

I think they do it for instances like this. I highly doubt they ever look at the videos unless they absolutely have to or if someone requests it.

Personally, I would ask them what their policy on loitering is, because those kids were obviously doing that. If you loiter where I'm from, you lose a LOT of business...

i doubt they'll give a shit, depends if the cop has anything to do or not, i notice that in smaller towns they're more picky and he could pursue them. I hate jealous ppl, they apparently wished they had your car so they just trashed it to make themselves feel better about themselves.
