So as i got closer and slowed down to about 60k I realized it was a racoon, it started running fast in the same direstion i went to avoid it. Surely enough the little guy couldn't run fast enough do it so *thump thump*
g/f screams! i pull over, racoon's gone, Honda...........A. OK! pull back on the road, the car still drives perfect, then and i'm off.

does anyone else have a hunting story?
You were doing 120k.....? Do you happen to drive a space ship??

Lol, I once hit a opposum in my mom's Pilot, unluckily i stopped and skidded on top of it since it was raining. Lets just say I had to clean her tires...

I had a friend once that swerved to miss hitting a squirrel and ended up losing control and hitting a telephone pole, totaling the car... I will never let him live that one down

I have hit two squirrels a week apat in the same dam area. Wife was in car the first time I heard bump bump...there was nothing left of squirrel 1, the following week same area another bump bump, again nothing really left of squirrel two other then the tail.

We figure squirrel 2 committed sucide after i offed his friend.

I wanna get stickers with tread marks over a squirrel so i can apply to my car as a warning to other squirrels to stay away from me, these stickers will add 5hp too.

hit a raccoon last year when I was still driving my 06 accord... it put a huge(6 inch diameter) dent in my front bumper. Left it like that for a few weeks thinking I was going to have to take it to a body shop or get a new bumper...then my friend took one look at it, lied down on his back in front of the car and popped it right out...looked just like new!!

that sucks for the guy that hit the telephone pole..whenever I see an animal in the road I never try any crazy maneuvers...its always better to take a dent to your car then an airbag to your face

I had a rabbit run out at me when I was riding my Zx10r. He nearly got under my back tire so I kicked him in the head when he got close. Luckily I wasn't going that fast. Hurt my foot a bit.

3 Rabbits ran across the road one time on my way home from work.

Also, once on my way to school in the morning a VW Bug in front of me nailed this bird, and feathers went flying, but the bird kept flying. Weird.
