new figi FA5 in AZ

So I just got my new si sedan this past week

I would post pics but I just had the hfp kit and tint put on and they said I couldnt wash it for 2 days so sunday ill have them up.

its killing me being stock so I need to do some mods ASAP.

Im leaving the engine alone for now so my first mod im gonna do is lower it, any recomendations on springs?

Also any recomendations on a exhaust , I dont want something that is pretty deep and not ricey. fitment is a big deal for me because I had a cheap Tsudo catback on my ek and I had to get the hangers welded 4 times. Im also worried about the heat from the exhaust messing up my new paint, is this an issue?

thanks peeps

Welcome to the 8th! I have the Evo 2 on my FG2 and I love the sound. As far as springs I have Tein S Techs....love the drop but it can be a bit bumpy. Where did you get the car? I got mine at Arrowhead in Peoria.

Here's mine parked next to a nice Accord...

damn your car is hot, I love how the hfp looks so much more aggressive on the fg than the fa but I have a family so I needed the extra doors. got any pics of your exhaust. I got mine at tempe honda same day it came in off the truck, it had 7 miles when I got it.

one thing that is crazy to me is how effin big the dash is compared to my ek lol but im getting used to it.

im thinking of s techs as well, are those 17s or 18s. where did you get them at?

Bro, get the Vibrant cat-back, you will love it. They just came out with a dedicated FA5 cat-back with 2.5" tubing and the renowned Vibrant quality. Got mine for $430.00. Here is the thread I did on the system when I had it installed in December: Vibrant Cat-back exhaust installed today on my FA5!

Here's my FBP FA5:

They are 18's and a local shop installed the tires. Tire rack is a sponsor on 8thcivic and they have great prices but for some reason they don't carry the RPM2's.

This is the only pic of the tail....sorry it's at night and you can't see it very well. I am sure if you look around here there are tons of members sporting that exhaust. It's very popular but so is the Vibrant. If you go in the bolt on section there is a thread that has sound clips of different exhausts.

Living in Phoenix you are in luck. The place you can get them pretty much the cheapest in the entire country is on the east side. They are not sponsors here so I will PM you the link...
