just recently, i went to the infinity dealership and was thinking of buying me a g37, the guy come outside an walked up to me and asked me if i was interested in the g35, i told him i wanted a g37, after talking to me for like 5 minutes i relized he wasnt as smart as i had figured, after conversating about the g35 and g37, i noticed he says "man, i rode in one of these last week and man, i tell u, its crazy fast, its so fast that the car catches up with the high beams." im like really?, wow. i told him i would give him a call and left.

A car faster than the speed of light! You should have asked him if it could travel through time as Einstein's theory suggests!

If I was a salesguy and someone asked me a question about a car I didn't know anything about, I would NOT say anything but "I don't know much about these models but we can learn together". You might actually sell that model instead of BSing with someone. I knew more about the FG2 than the sales guy that sold the car to me...I mean, the car that (I) helped sell TO MYSELF...LOL. He no longer works at the HONDA dealer where I got my Si from.

Today I went to the dealer in Little Rock, Bale Honda. I was checking out the Mugen spoiler and a car salesman asked me if I wanted to buy it... I told him Nah I was just checking out the spoiler to see if it'll work on my car.

The guy told me you can't buy mugen parts because they are special. I laughed at him and told him the dealor just quoted me 1100 on it since he was a friend. He stood there clueless as I walked out and got in my SI.

Ah I almost forgot. I was loking at the MUgen by my house a few days ago.

The salesman starts the pitch, and I listen to it, again. Then he tells me how the wing is motorized. I corrected him. Then he tries to correct me!

I told him "show me how it works and which parts move and I'll buy it right now for that price on the window" ($40,140!!!)

He opens the trunk, then starts looking for wires and motors. Then another salesman walks by and this guy asks him about it. Thankfully the other guy stopped the bleeding. Needless to say, I walked away laughing.

my dealership wouldnt let anyone test drive the si's or the s2k's.(which i liked for the sake of buying one) but would allow the salesman to give a demo with he or she driving it. and my particular salesmean didnt have a driver's license. lol.
i test drove the si at another dealership and the only reason i didn buy it is beacause it had lambo doors and they said they put them on all the si's...eventho there was like 5 on the lot that didnt have them.

I saw a Mugen in person at the dealership for the first time ever. The sales guy comes up to me and says it's twin turboed. I know he was joking but he was like "yeah it's twin turboed, we did it ourself, it's our special here."

He also said they're selling it for half off because nobody's buying it. I do not know if he was serious. thats like 15k? I paid 17k for my LX. lol. I looked at the sticker see if they marked it up. It was at 30k.. or whatever MSRP is.

It is the most common up here. White is the rarest by FAR! Our dealership has had one here for the 18 months I have worked here and we have 600 cars on our lot all the time.

I called a dealer in Southwestern NY about a used 2007 Civic Si coupe. He said that his father owned it and put a turbocharger on it. He then stated that turbocharged Civics get better MPG's than NA Civics. HA.

I could see how a turbo on a smaller displacement engine would yield a higher MPG than an equally powerful larger displacement NA engine. Those of us that tend to be a little heavier on the throttle , would see that with any method of forced induction their ecu would see more air and thus increase the amount of fuel delivered.
