Emergency lights?

I'm sorry but i'm kinda new at this. and i tried to search it up.

but on some occasions whenever i'm driving, i run into an RSX type S, a 240, or what not, and im behind them and i do nothing wrong. and all of a sudden they turn they emergency lights on. what does that mean? does it mean that they want to race me or something?

lmfao i do it sometimes when i want to race someone its suppose to indicate that u won the race. people do it to get u mad so they will race u.

no but i do that wen peaple are driving really slow like 20 on a 45 or on the highway going like 40 on 65 or 65 wen im trying to go 80
