Bucket Sport Seat?

Hope I did not post at the wrong thread...

I dont really go for speed but I do love bends and hard cornering..

Have already done my coilovers but realised that everytime I cornering, I tend to shift side ways...

Anyone here has changed their seats? Care to share?

If it is an Si I don't see why you would need to change the seats. I find that these seats are some of the most supportive seats I have felt in a factory car in its price range. But if it is another model, then I guess I can understand. In that case, maybe you could get some Si seats from someone who is selling them? Just an idea though.

If you could start off w/ the Si package from day one, you wouldn't need to replace your coilovers and you wouldn't need to complain about falling out of your seat.

Lol guys... Seriously, if you think the stock si seats hold you well then you're not cornering hard enough. A bucket would definitely help a lot.

You could just sit in a bucket, or get a laundry hamper if you're a big guy

For how much cornering the car can possibly handle, I think these seats are enough. I mean, they have got to be one of the best looking seats out there in it's class and those from classes above it. I'll keep the sweet looking seats over some ugly seats that are supposed to support me a tad bit more.

All preference.

I am putting these in as soon as my brackets arrive:

Carbon Fiber backs.. Exactly like Misano's.

The stock seats are ok, but they are HEAVY...

Aren't those reclinables DTurnbull and el_ben2? beck7777, How 'big'/'small' are you? Some bucket seats may not be for you...I recommend Charspeed, JIC, Veilside and Signal if you're on the budget and Bride, Recaro(Most), & Sparco if you've got money to burn. Former can cost up to $600 and the latter can be $600 up to $2000.

If you can live without reclining your seat, then go get a bucket. If you're the type of guy that wants to wait in his car then I suggest a reclinable seat.

I DO NOT RECOMMENT KNOCK OFFS.
