same experience as mine today... dealer mark-up is 5,000 so i said see u in 2010 when the 9th gen arrives.

sucks.. I bought my for $28K
I'm 18, and I suck at negociating.. and u know.. the stealership told me that, and this,.. and bla bla..

I got mine for right over 23k with Navi and everything out the door. I was very happy with my deal.. :)

I traded from a 2001 Chevy Xtreme extended cab (slow and low) with 20'' rims, so the Si is a dream come true :)

i remember the first time i test drove an si. took it on the free way and redlined the 1st-3rd gears it was intense. took it back to the dealer and some old man was signing the paper i was so pissed so i went to like five others dealerships till i finnaly found one

got a poopy deal too 28k out the door cause i had to pay off my tacoma truck( 2k in the hole and 2k for tax and title) brought it to 28K put 10g s down and it came out to 18k not to bad but not the best of deals

car was 23,500 which was a rip. but what can you say its a rare care. i have only seen like ten tops rollin around my hood in the last year. compared to tc, srt4, wrx, cobalt ss, that eryone and there mom has. so im happy with my car

it's a great car, but do not pay over $25,000 for the car, know it's true worth, and what it is worth to you.

start with MSRP and go from there.
