you come in with the car, speak with them, they tell you what it might cost and need, and they oversee the techs to make sure that gets done.

It is also a comissioned job where I work (toyota). A % of each total repair bill, so where a sales men wants you to buy a new car to make money a service advisor likes you to keep a car a very long time till it needs very big repair bills.

you wanna add the two circled amounts to get your total for your paycheck. my new and used combained on the check equaled $6,734.99 plus a got salesmen of the month so add another $500 on that plus my 15 car bonus which is another $500. Which my grand total for the last two weeks comes out to be $7,734.99.

I only sold three cars for the first half of the month then took off 12 days for a funeral and still sold 20 cars.

I will try and find May's Washout. That was a HUGE month for me made $16,000 in a month after taxes take home was like $11,000.

This is my first year at this job before this a did telamarketing in the winter for sears and in the summer i layed aspahlt for 12.00 a hour in Spokane, WA.

i have one ? what do you do with a $11,000 dollars thats all i have to say
