Pre-delivery inspection

Going to pick up my GG EX 5AT Navi later this week. Anything in particular I should look for as I inspect her prior to signing?

Look over the body front to back on both sides. Look at the body panels and paint for dings, scratches, etc. Look at body panel fit and finish. Look at tires and wheels. On the inside run the AC, heat, radio, etc. Check the trunk area as well as back seat area for tears to fabric. The salesman should review with you how the car controls work so make sure he does this with you. Don'e take delivery unless the car is what you ordered and perfect. If not make sure its noted on the delivery papers. Good luck and enjoy.

Sorry to revive a really old thread, but I'm picking up my R18 today. This is my first car that I've purchased, so the whole experience is new.

Anything else to look for in addition to what was listed above? Will the dealership be responsible for fixing any imperfections I find?

is it a coupe check the taillamps to see if they are lined with the bumper(there was a pr.....check door panels for allignment and just look in different angles for any dings or waves

Open the doors and check the inside of the metal... My co-worker bought a brand new 2008 CS Mustang and had a HUGE gouge on the inside of the door in the metal.
