Audio panel assistance plz

I have a 2007 Honda Civic Ex Coupe and i was putting in a new system. I need to get to the radio to hook up the wires. I need help! Can anyone tell me the easiest way to remove the audio panel to get to the radio?

If there is an easier way just to get the wire hooked up also, that will work if you can let me knw. Just looking for the easiest way even tho there usually there is no such thing lol
