DIY question..help!

ive read a couple of DIYs on painting rims and such, but has anyone painted just the lip of their rim. I have black rims with a mach lip and i wanna paint them, but not sure how. si there any DIY on it or if someone has done it will you post it up.

Get some tape and tape off everything but the lip or tape right below the lip and then plastic bag the rest so the over spray doesnt catch it. i am sure the painting procedures are the same as painting anything else Rough it up primer rough it up and paint..

No problem, I am hoping to do the same but I am going to be doing my stock wheels and making a lip, but first I get to do the oh so fun job of wheel repair.haha. Good luck. Post Pics when you are done.
