Tensioner on a R18

Hey guys i wuz wondering how i could remove the tensioner of a R18 cuz the tensioner on my girls car is rattling like shit everytime she turns the car or starts here AC

can anybody help me on how to remove it...

You'd probably have better luck in the Mechanical problems forum. Most of our members get spoonfed alot so most of the people probably don't know what a tensioner is.. If I had my Hayne's Manual with me I'd throw you some info but I'm at the vacation home right now :P
