Trans Fluid

just would like to ask all the 2008 Civic SI folks what type of tranny fluid they have in their 6-peed?
looking to change it Amsoil or Redline but do not know which is best

Between the two, I hear the Amsoil is better for the long run. You might also consider the Royal Purple or GM Syncromesh MTF product. No difference initially, but I hear the Amsoil still like butter after 5-10K, Redline not.

Personally, I am using GM Syncromesh-Friction Modified with a squirt of Lucas Synthetic Engine Oil Stabilizer. My "secret blend". Seems to resolve most of the notchy shifting issues after warmup.
