I think there is already a thread on how to remove it. Try to search it. I saw it on here tho.

i had the hardest time taking off the cap/cover on my sedan. i finally just took a screwdriver to it (pointing toward the windshield) while i squeezed the 2 sides of the cap, and used the screwdriver+crack b/t cap and arm as leverage to pop it off. gl
