it may Help
I couldnt get my car to unlock BOTH doors after I turn the key to I after parking. I followed the manual and had no luck..after trying several different ways I finally got it to work so I will share this with you guys.
Hey...if anyone has encountered the problem that this trick wont work on your car, simply do this: Follow the same instruction as in the manual. 1-Turn off car 2-Turn key to II 3-Press brake pedal and Put car out of Parking- Into Drive -Keep brake pedal pressed (obviously) 4-Press and Hold the Master Lock button (Rear of it) so basically as if you were to unlock. 5-Wait for it to click right away ....then wait for another click. 6-Quickly Turn key back to I 7-Put car back into Parking 8-Turn key to OFF and turn car on. This basically resets it and now all you got to do is repeat same process but instead of waiting only for 1 click after you press the Master lock button...wait for 2 clicks. Example: 1-Turn off car 2-Turn key to II 3-Press brake pedal and Put car out of Parking- Into Drive -Keep brake pedal pressed (obviously) 4-Press and Hold the Master Lock button (Rear of it) so basically as if you were to unlock. 5-You will hear a sound right away now wait for it to click once ....then wait for another click. You you should hear this (Press and hold master lock button)hear sound right away ....wait like 4 secs...Listen for click...wait like 5 more secs ...hear another click. Total= Locking sound....Click.....Click 6-Quickly Turn key back to I 7-Put car back into Parking 8-Turn key to OFF and turn car on. This should enable the mode that UNLOCKS BOTH doors when you turn your key to I after you put your car on parking. Hope this helps. |
