2006 Civic Console Removal

I have searched this entire 8th civic forum for a step by step for the removal of the entire center console. In the DIY section there is a post by ethlar for the removal of center console to replace the boot. This only shows how to remove front part of console. If anybody has removed the entire console on this 8th civic forum I would be most greatful for help in getting it out. I know there are clips all over the place but afraid I will break something not knowing where they are.

Thanks

dude it's super easy to remove the center console. there's a total of 4 screws & 2 plastic tab thing you have to remove and the console is free.

2 screws is in the armrest storage compartment (phillip screwdriver)
2 plastic tabs on the front where the accelerator pedal is (1 on each side, use something pointy to pull the middle thing out)

2 screws is located after you remove the shifter cover (remove the shift knob, and then pull the whole compartment storage compartment assembly out).
