DIY Removing your bumper and Head lights.

We ddi this this rund for learning experiance and to replace the low beam bulbs. but mainly just to learn how to remvoe it.

I am missing one image that jsut never took. not sure why. But i will add it soon. Most of you know how to take a bumper off but I shall update it today to include that image. but for now here is a link to the guide on my website.

Total time working: about 1.5 hours. off and on
Total time cursing, swearing and throwing things: .5 hours

Thanks a bunch. How much space was there between the bottom half of the bumper, where the lower grill and foglight areas are, and the bumper support and radiator?

umm a fair bit

do u mean between lowere grill and bumper cover?

or between rad and the metal beam that was taken out

between beama nd rad.. (i guess the beam is the true bumper huh?)
theres probably.. 3-5 inches. we will measure next time i have it off alright! :)

the grill inbetween the foglight holders.. is it de-tachable? and are the whole foglight holder thing de-tachable? meaning you could pop the whole thing out or does it require some cutting..

jsut like my 7thgen. frackin honda.

if you want to putin fog su need to cut the hole
and if u want at the grille. its a seperate piece that looks spot plastic welded in. u may be able to cut it a bit and make it removable.

why wont honda learn. sigh. lol

lol tell me about it, i think it would look pretty aggressive though with the wide open grill and open fog area, with some eggcrate style meshing..

I wonder if you could see the CAI cone part where the left side foglight part is that would look mean.. then later on the FM intercooler for the turbo

i think u may be able to swap bulbs without it. but it was really tight so im not sure. we removed it for other reasons as well.
