Get more MPG.
NO dude! The tornado is a scam. The upstream/downstream thing was jerking your chain. Test all you want, it's your money.

Subscribed for dyno #'s. Looks cool, but function > fashion (...when it comes to hp...unless you've got $$ & are buying mugen). It might look like it does something but let's see what the #'s say. Ballsy.

Hondata has a DIY on their webpage for the same mod. If Hondata recommends it, then I'm sure it might actually free-up some HP.

K&N filter came in 33-2343.
Sanded some more with these flap sanders (what ever you call them), they work pretty good *use on low speed*. I still couldn't get to tighter spaces, hand sanded again 400,800,1000 grits. Alot smoother now than before.

Throttle response was lost, back to when I had the SRI in. Guessing cuz of the K&N. Before with the SRI I couldn't hear my exhaust, now I can't hear my modbox intake lol. Reset ECU again.

Here is vid clip. Recorded to DV to MPEG2 cut/edited to MPEG1 converted to WMV, went from 87MB to about 17MB lol.

Forgot to mention, if you do this:
Wash out the box, to remove any debris.
Inspect the box (especially the top part) for any loose peices hanging on, remove them also.

I don't remember what stock sounded but here is what it sounds like in action. About 9MB.

i can see the removal of the plastics inside the box but not on the MAF fin.. you dont want to mess with the air flow for the MAF, im not wondering if your car isint running right or if you're trowing a CEL..

No CEL's yet, but all the other CAI & SRI have no flow directors for the MAF. Maybe the factory put those in for a more accurate reading for the sensor, I don't know but we will see if it makes any problems down the road.
