08 to 09 Bumper and Chrome bar

I want my 08 lx to look like the 09 because i like the honeycomb grille and the fog lights on the bottom and wanted to know what do i need to do this and also about the chrome bar in the back

man if u were in washington and have nhbp...ill trade u my chrome one for a black one without key hole...i hate that chrome thing..

i believe all u need is the bumper and grills for the front and the back yes u can switch it
