Vacuum Line?
Okay, I'd like to Seafoam my gf's Civic since I feel that the previous owners neglected it. Are there are vacuum lines that I can use, without having to remove the intake box? Searching netted me that, which I don't want to do.

Scratch that, I broadened the search to everything. Found more: Finding the right vacuum line!
Now my question is this on an R18? |

Yes, you can add it to the fuel tank, crank case, and to a vacuum line/brake booster. I've done it to my Yaris, wanted to do it to my gf's FG1 (but already changed the oil so I'll do it next year), and I'll be doing it to my friend's CG2 (that's the V6 one, right?) some time this week.
