I need Help with powering LEDs

Hi I've installed a bunch of LEDs inside my car (under the seats, under the dash, in the console and cup holders) I had them hooked up to batteries (two 9V batteries) but the Amps are too low to hold power to the lights for more than a minute, so I want to bridge power from the fuse box. I bought the "Mini add-a-circuit" but I don't know how to use it...I need help! how do I know how much amps to use since the thing can't use over 10 should I plug it in a 10Amp spot? and the fuse from the car seems smaller than the ones in the package does that matter if the adapter fits? I took pictures of what I 'THINK' is right...can you guys help me?

and pull fuse 37 to end driving lights and save your highbeams

You don't just connect it to any fuse. You connect it to certain fuse according the when you want the LED to actually come on. For example if you want the light to come on when you turn your headlights on then you would tap it in to fuse 14 which is 7.5 amp.
Add a fuse is really simple to use just find the right fuse on the panel, replace it with the add a circuit with the original and new fuse on it. Then you will have the positive charge. To get the negative charge you just ground the other cable.

So I remove the 7.5amp fuse from spot #14 and replace it with the "add a circuit" with Two 7.5 amp fuses installed into it? so left over I have the stock fuse handy? (it won't fit in the space in the add-a-curcit) and any suggestions for the ground spot I don't wanna kick it by accident!

One such place is two looped metal pieces that are under and to Tue left of the steering wheel.

so basically i have the add-a-curcuit with a 7.5amp and a 10amp fuse in it, in the #14 spot for headlights...so 7.5amp will be for the headlights and the 10amp will be for the LEDs? so basically the LEDs have a 10AMP fuse on them?
