06 civic srs light code 27-10

have a 06 civic ex. after the acident, fixed and replaced all the parts, including sensors,seatbelt and new module. Scanned it with snap on scanner and getting code 27-10 Open or increased resistence in left buckle tensioner.

did you replace the drivers side seat belt buckle? There is a tensioner in that just like the seat belt itself.

I have the exact same situation with my car, but I am already aware I need to replace the driver side buckle (I got the same code too). That's my question, anybody out there have a a good used front left / drivers seat buckle for sale for 06-09 Coupe with light grey interior? Dealer wants way too much for one and Majestic Honda and all those sorts won't ship me one because I'm in Canada. Help! Thanks!
