Remove cowl

Which cowl? The front cowl over the grill?

If its the black plastic thing covering the radiator, its super easy. 4 plastic clips and then pull out. Make sure to lift the hood latch lever up a bit while pulling out the plastic peice.

He might be talking about the wiper cowl in the back of the engine bay covering the struts.
