ebay fogs...do i need to buy something else???

i purchased ebay fogs and was reading some threads on how to install them but was confused when i saw some threads buying new stalks and new relay switches..
below are pictures of what came with the fogs...do i need to purchase anything new or discard anything?
please help

this is what i got in my package of fogs from ebay

do i need to get rid of anything?
do i need to buy something new? why?

As long as the fogs light don't need to be turnd on by the turn signal swich then you will be fine.

looks good. should just plug into the stock wire. Just look at the DIY on here. It's really good

are the fogs suppose to go thru the hole of the bumper? or rest?
