Help with Rear Deck reinstalation please

Hi all,

I took my rear deck out last November and put new speakers in. Since then I have replaced those speakers with new ones yet again. I bet I have tried putting the rear "deck" (the large plastic pice that clips over the rear speaker/sub panel) at least ten times and haven't gotten it to seat properly yet.

The new speakers are not the issue... and even the dynamat is punctured to let the clips go through. The clips that do not want to go into place are the ones that are closest to the rear window - all the others typically stay put.

Is there a trick to this? Do you have to slide the deck iver the already installed clips or do you just somehow push the back of the panel down (with the clips mounted in it) into the holes in the back. If it is the later, I can't seem to get them lined up correctly - they don't seem to want to go far enough back.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You kind of slid back and push down at the same time. My frist time it took me 20 mins to get it in, but I took it off last night and did it the fist time. Those 4 Little clips at the rear are the important one all the rest will just pop in once those are done.

Very good - I wish I had those directions when last i tried this haha! New clips are on order so i know i am starting off right. I am sure looking forward to getting this done right.
