Best halogen lights are better without installing a kit. Just the bulbs.

I was wondering which Halogen light bulbs are the best and are the whitest ones available without an HID kit. I currently have Amazon.com: Sylvania 9005SU SilverStar Ultra High Performance Halogen Headlights, Pack of 2 Bulbs: Automotive. But they are not a white as i want them. I was thinking about PIAA super whites, or the PIAA plasma GTX. Which are better? And have the whitest light?

Ive had the silverstar ultras for over six months in high and low beams and they are amazing for the price I got mine brand new for free.

And they havent gone out yet, but I also razed my beams up so they would reach out a bit farther.

I bought a set of Option racing high and lowbeam ultra white bulbs 2 years ago and have had them in 2 different cars for approximately 40,000 km's and have only had one highbeam burn out. They are pretty damn decent bulbs for the price I payed. A co worker of mine had silver stars in his car and was burning them out regularly.

I will take a picture in the dark tomorrow night and show you how white they are compared to my stock clear fogs.
