Rear Seat Removal LX no Split Seat

I have 2006 LX sedan w/o split rear seats.
I got rear ended and my trunk was lightly damaged.
Lock must have bented or something so I can't open the trunk.
and there is a luggage that I need to take out so I thought rear seat would be the only option.

Please move to appropriate section if this is wrong section.

I've searched and found some info on EX sedan Si coupe
all with split seats or folded down seats.

My back seat is one piece bench and I tried to pull up the bottom cusion.
I managed to remove it from two clips on front section of the cusion but something seems to be holding it in the center where the cusion meets the back.

I need help removing the back panel of the back seat so I can access the trunk.

I still have to wait for the police report and insurance adjuster to evaluate my to fix my car.

Thanks in advance

There is a bolt on the left-center on the back of the cushin seat, you should be able to get it with a 1/4 socket set.

yea i was confused about the location of the bolt. it's right next to center buckle.
after removing the bolt w/10mm socket lift up the rear seat bottom cushion.

thanks everyone for help!
