Unhappy Help!! Civic bumper drilling!!

I'm trying to drill the hole for the oem fog lights. Any suggestions on how, or right tools for the job?

just hack saw it. the cover should cover it up nicely after . where did u get ur lights at?

After shipping, it was $169. everything worked out really well. I couldn't use a dremel so i drilled 8 holes using a 1/2 inch hole drill and a sheet rock saw. That worked out really well. Complete install took me about 2.5 hours. It probably would have gone quicker if i had pushed the plug all the way back in the first time.

Doesnt Password JDM make a fog light kit for under $100?? and there is a DIY for this. Pretty sure.
