Help! How to remove armrest trim

I need some help... How do I remove the silver plastic trim on the driver's armrest on the door?
Does it just pops out?

the handle?? specify where because there's a couple parts that are silver there

on the armrest, just in front of to the power window switches.

you have to take it off from the other side of the door panal.

if youre talking about the long silver strip running up the handle you hold the door by, yes it just pops out, youll never be able to get it off from the other side because you have to remove a screw behind it to get to the other side, so if thats the piece you mean just wrap a screwdriver ina rag and pop it out, it shouldnt scratch it
