HELP! Pedal Tear Down?

Ummm...I really need help with my pedals for my honda si.
I got me some mugen pedals for my ride and i just cannot seem to figure out what type of tool do you use to take out the pedals for my 07 si!
If any of you have any knowledge on how to take out the pedals and install the mugen pedals, can you please let me know!

Use a drill to remove the rivets. You drill them out.

so i just drill it with a bit? then it should just come out easily?

yeah. once you drill it out they come off easy
