Manual Tranny Fluid Viscosity?
Anybody know the viscosity for our trannys. The manual says 10w-30 motor oil temporarily but I want to run Royal Purple so I need to find the right viscosity.

This is posted in the wrong section i do believe, HOWEVER, i am pretty sure it is 10w-30. Just a bit of advice though, Honda transmissions require friction inhibitors and Royal Purple is some pretty slippy stuff. Its my personal favorite petrol related brand name and have used their product in all of my recent vehicles. My Si gets Royal Purple in the crankcase, but sadly not in the transmission. I would recommend either Redline MTL or Amsoil.
