Service Nightmare in Dubai.

I need to know how to escalate a service issue to Honda Japan or whoever is responsible, I’m in Dubai I’m suffering from the sh*t customer service, the worst allover the world nobody in Dubai dealership cares, you complain over the phone, via emails, to management, nobody gives a f**k not even a feed back or we’re sorry for f**king up your life.

I had enough. 4 month and the super engineers there can’t fix a suspension problem!!!!!!! And more and more

Please I need a direct Honda email to escalate hoping that they will help me.

just tell them over in dubai you're an oil tycoon and you want service for your honda otherwise you'll hold the world hostage with all the oil you have.

if you get pissed off enough you can do the same thing a lady here in NY did at a dodge dealer and drive right through the glass front window and park in the middle of the showroom, i bet they care then..or do the thing alot of us do and junk the crap oem struts and upgrade to a good strut or a full coilover setup..hell the only thing worth a crap in these cars is the k20, the rest of it is just an acsessory around the motor..my 07 has crappy door moldings that have to be pushed back on all the time stock strut granted on tein lowering springs went at around 5000 miles, and honda blamed the springs..my rear door handle fell off the car, they did fix that since it was missing the backing plate and never even had holes drilled for the bolts that are supposed to hold from the back, so the only thing that was holding it in was the push rod for the door to to release off the catch...dont get me wrong i love my si, just think honda did a halfass job on so detail, and they dont wanna admit to there mistakes and correct them.. so it may be time to just suck it up and just modify it....sorry brotha but even i wish i went with an evo or an sti if i knew hondas wernt what they used to before i got this one..
