You can take them off by hand if you have the tools but it is hard and you will probably damage the wheel,so take it to a shop or just tape the tire up and paint away.

either have it professionally done....or if you happen to have access to and knowledge of the machine a shop would use.

most people have just been taping it off.....covering the tires. you seen the playing card trick? just cover it up and save yourself $100. which is probably what they would charge you to unmount/remount/balance the tires.

borla? I used to have T/A...
if you have any local shops, some people will just do it for like 20 bucks, but then youre gonna have to put them back on too, if your super anal you can take them off, but index cards are more than fine

I don't think the style of the stock wheels would come out the same as the wheels on my Z. The fat spokes on the stock Si wheels would hide too much of the inside lip. It would be like broken or dashes of red. Give a try though, never know, might look great. If it doesn't just spray it black again. lol

it wont matter if u mess up the wheel taking it off, u are refinishing them. take em to the shop and they should do it real cheap. i took mine off so i could sandblast the wheels.
