How to change licence plate bulbs

Hey just wondering if anyone has replaced there trunk lights (over licence plate) with l.e.d lights.. I'm looking to replace them with a blue bulb. anyone done this yet? if you had posts some pics. Thanks

i've done mine with piaa white leds. its simple to replace, just open the trunk and you will find the lights right there on the top. all you have to do is squeeze the two tabs and pull it out, once out, pull out the bulbs. install is the reverse.

ya i changed mines out with PIAAs as well... very easy and cheap mod... looks very nice at night.

I put in some apc bulbs icey hots, they suck. my stock bulbs were brighter. so model piaa bulb are people using??

I forget I can check back at home where I have the box, I got em on ebay they are LED bulbs I think.
