Changing the drum brakes-to-disc on a 07 lx sedan

hey guys, i love the civic but not really when it comes to brakes, i hate the fact that i have drum brakes on the rear, on my 07 lx sedan, does anyone know how much it will cost to change them or did anyone change them?

I have an LX 07 also and from what i heard, this will cost you more and is a lot of work. Goodluck on that.

my friend did it on a lx coupe, he used a scion bbk i belive.
