Where is the OBD-II port for scan tool

I can't find the OBD-II port for scan tools. I threw a code and I wanted to check it out with my scanner. I look all under the dash and I either didn't see it or its somewhere I wouldn't look.

Thanks.

I didn't even bother to look in that area.
