A easy way to install Cowl back on?

If I'm using the wrong word for this part, please correct me. I'm talking about the panel with the Windshield Sprayers.

I've been trying to install it back, but the edges on the left and right never seem to go in correctly and stick out. Anyone know a easier way to install it back on?

Yeah, it's a pain to get it to line up right especially the left and right areas near the Glass.
