hmmm did u have the same wires as the OP?

i only had 3 wires in that plug.. or did u do it another rmethod?

^^ Ill post it up for u.. we used a plug that had like 7-10 wires on it and the legth of the wires that comes with it, is perfect and tucks away nicely. Most simple thing ive done to my car other than adding stickers haha

alright cool... the plug is not in the steering wheel column?

i'll wait for pics.. if no pics i will try and splice it tonight ; > I hate taking off the steering wheel column cause those damn screws are a pain in the ASS to get on again

I used one that is close to your fuse box. I do not want to mess with the steering column plugs b/c that would suck if your car wont start b/c of some added wires

Yes! please provide a DIY for US spec cars. I have a coupe lx 2009.
Also, I was thinking about connecting it so when you turn ur parking lights on, it lights.
I thought that might be better.

That you would need to figure out yourself.. The point of this feature is to light up with your interior lights when your car is opened and turn off when not needed.
