Get a short bristle horse hair brush and literally brush the seats/inserts. You will notice extreme amounts of dust looking particles coming off of it as you brush in certain directions. I recommend keeping a vacuum in the other hand to suck it out of the air. That's a sure way to "exfoliate". Do it while it's dry. Follow up with an interior fabric cleaner of choice. Regular soap/water on a towel works too. Use MF so it doesn't leave lint everywhere.
