Go buy a Flex polisher along with some meguiars #83 and try that. Probably the most aggressive you can get with polishing it before you need some actual experience to fix it

I still think the CF just faded a bit, which if it did, you can't fix as far as I know. I can't imagine the entire hood would oxidize and not in those few, little spots.

carbon fiber is not clear coated it is gel coated that is why it oxidizes like that.
