Qustion for those who use the shiny armorall or the Meguiers NXT stuff

After you apply it, is it possible to clean off the dash?

Im afraid I wont like the shiney look on the rubbery dash and will want to clean it off but dont know if once it is applied to the dash, it wont come off or will make the dash look like crap if i try to clean it off.

thanks in advance.

I use the Quick Interior from Meguiar's, Amazon.com: Meguiar's G-13616 Quick Interior Mist and Wipe Detailer. 16 oz. liquid: Automotive, it doesn't make it shiney at all.

Yeah, I was lookin for something that wouldn't be too shiny, I think I'll give that a shot.

And yes... I am a former armor all user

I'm not sure if this will remove the "shiny stuff", but I use this to clean the interior. Spray it on a towel and wipe, that's it.

Are you talking about NXT tech protect?

If you are, It's not as shiny as Armor All. NXT Tech protect is a protectant too, so the shinyness helps me know where i applied it. The next day, the dash isnt shiny at all. So thats what i like about it. It's just shiny so i know where i applied it.

I applied Armor All to my door panels a while back and still have large grease spots. Now I Use McGuiars quick interior detailer. it cleans the dash and leaves a great smell without being really shiny. That way I'm not blinded by a mirror finish dash board.
