Exhaust Cleaning

With the Greddy Evo2 being a fat exhaust, it's pretty noticeable when dirty. I also have the DCRH, so the tip of the exhaust is turning yellow. What's the best cleaning supplies and best way to clean the exhaust to make it look brand new again?

Metal polish might be a good place to start... I think it's solid stainless steel.
