what to do to remove imperfection on hood?

I've had my FBP FA5 for almost 4 months now and ever since I got it, it's had a "blemish" on the hood. It kind looks a smudge or scuff and is on both the hood and the body right next to where the two meet. It's only about a 1 square inch area. Anyway, I've tried washing, waxing, claybarring, and I still haven't been able to remove this. Any ideas on what I can do? I would've said something at the dealership but I didn't realize how much of a pain it would be to remove. I'd post a pic but I'm at work right now.

i would first suggest for you to post up a pic when you can...

since you've claybarred and what not and its still their then i would think that its comething with the clearcoat....in which then your looking at maybe compounding or polishing it out...

but i would post up a pic b4 jumping to any conclusions!

I have those as well... three to be exact. I would snap some pictures but they seem to only be viewable by human eye in certain light. Any suggestions please...
