start with a clay barring, if that doesnt work, then move onto a very fine polish...you rcould even try scratch-x....

one of those should get it off. next time be sure to tape up more then the immediate area if using spary paint on the car.

Definitly give it a go with some clay. You may even need to get some medium grade clay if the contamination is persistent (you'll prob have to get it online). If the overspray hasn't been there too long or have a chance to bake on in the sun, you might be able to remove a good bit of it with a decent tar remover.

Note: After all approaches it will be necessary to aply some sort of protectant afterwords (was, sealant, etc).

A fine machine polish, similar to a fine rubbing compound should do the trick.
On my coupe, I hit a painted wooden fence and scuffed up my side mirror, transferring paint from the fence to my car. I used fine machine polish rubbing in back and forth straight lines. Never rub in circles if you put anything on the surface of your car. Then just hit the area with some wax to protect it.

Hope this helps

I did the same thing when I was spraying some guns too close to my old G35. I clay barred it and that cleared it up fine and dandy. Good luck!
