Touch up Pen

Does anyone know a site that show you how to do a touch up with the touch up pens? Like i forgot i remember seeing a website having the area where you wanna touch up. It was like tape all around so you wont get it on the other paint and so on.. if anyone knows a link to how to do a perfect touch up paint let me know thanks!

i bought a touchup pen a while ago for another car from paintscratch.

used it once.... hated it. then the paint dried inside. wata waste.
i only buy bottles.
