Processing time varies greatly depending on the format of your original video, file size, and upload traffic. This could take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours. You should also expect that higher resolution formats will render more slowly. For instance, 720p and 1080p may take significantly longer to appear than 480p.

If after 8 hours you still see a status message next to the video saying Uploaded (processing, please wait), try removing the video from our site and uploading it again.

I'm very in for results.

What is it with bodyshops and being HORRIBLE to paint?!? When I had my NBP si coupe, I used to take every precaution to not get swirls and scratches. After a year, it looked BRAND NEW. It got damaged and went into the shop. When it came out EVERY SINGLE panel had been "washed/buffed/cleaned/whatever" that was just swirl city.

I find it phenominal that a place that APPLIES PAINT can eff up paint so bad. I sold the car Not just cause of the swirls, but cause of the damage and repair.

Dude I wish you could have seen my face. I was like =0 then entire video. I sent it to my sister (who owned a body shop) and she said "I'd fire that f*ckin detailer and take the money to fix it out of his paycheck."

....I just went "WOW" really loudly when the video started playing. The first few seconds show the massive swirls on that rear panel. WOW!

What are all the 'specs' on it? Are they water marks or what? And was that from them as well, or from afterwards? I know you mentioned something about bird droppings, but these looked different. The right fender had a lot.

If I were you, I wouldn't fix it out of pocket and wait for them to re-reimburse you. You can film it and take pictures, but just keeping it this way will be very helpful if the issue persist/they fight it. Just IMO.
Also, if you are going to show the video to anyone that has to do with the court, remember you cuss a ton. lol. Might wanna edit that sound...

Ridiculous. Just make them pay for a service that would fix it...
Try what you can and save litigation for last.

Keep us updated and good luck!
