2009 DBP FA5 SI paid this back in august of 2009 do you think that was a good deal? (no navi) although came with free wheel locks, mug flaps, and cargo tray.

Just found this thread..got my certified 07 EX Coupe (auto) in January with 32K miles for just under $12K. OTD was $13K after NY taxes and tags. Dealer put on new tires, new brake pads, splash guards, wheel locks, trunk tray.

2010 EX-L sedan ABM
$20300 + tax + DMV with 1.9% financing

Shopped over 20 different dealers - only 1 dealer beat it, but I didn't feel like driving 50 miles one way to save $100.

Front struts
Electrical problem in the dash
3rd gear
clutch pedal

I took it to a dealer out here and the guys said they fixed it for me. During a drive to chicago, 3rd gear lead to losing 4th and the struts were still bad. not to mention half way through the trip the radio went out. 457 miles with an ipod on. Took it to Lisle Honda in Chicago. The GM (of Honda America) told me that should have been an instant lemon and I should have gotten a new car. So I pointed out the Mugen and said can I get that one (I was just playing around), he said yeah, we'll do the paper work up for ya.

haha nice seems like that went pretty smooth. well i keep having constant braking problems with my car, where the brakes keep pulsating when i brake during highway speeds. i've got it done like 2-3times. lol everytime i get it done it gets better, but still slight vibrating. im actually sitting at the dealership right now and they are servicing it again!! hopefully this time brakes will FULLY BE OK!!
also alightment issues, got it done 2 times too, and just now went on a test drive with the machanic he says no problem. wtf? it goes SLIGHTLY to the left, but he says that torque steer and it's ok. i was like wtf torque does the civic have ....lol ohh well i've live with the slight pulling.

i was also wondering at first it my car qualified as a lemon, but your problems seems way worst.

If you have 3 mechanical issues within 1 calender year or 1 within the first X miles of your warrenty (sometimes its 5K some times its 10K), your car qualifies as a lemon. It doesn't matter if it's the same issue that keeps coming up. But you have to check your state laws because every state has it's own fine print.

yeah, I lucked up on that one. He also paid a visit to the dealer that sold/serviced the car and fired a couple people. he also gave me my full warrenty, gap and honda care cash back. Then he gave me a 3K honda care package for 700 bucks. It seems that the honda big wigs love the consumer, its the dealership heads that are the d!cks
