I've been lurking the forums for a while, but finally registered because I just got home from the dealership with a NBP Si sedan! =)
Got mine for $22,145 plus tax and fees...came out to around $23,800 OTD. Not bad considering the dealership wanted to sell it for like $25,500 plus tax and fees. Going through their Internet Dept. helped a whooooooole lot. |

I would have paid around 19k OTD for my 06 si with 25k miles on it but I had about 2k in negative equity which raised me to about 21.5k OTD.
Was this a good or a bad deal considering I got the regular one and not the navi? |

Just bought a black LX coupe Auto for $17,400. MSRP was just under $18,200.
Not sure WTF is going on with carmax, but they are selling cars identical to mine but with 20K+ miles for more than MSRP of a NEW car. WTF is up with that? I originally bought an EX coupe from carmax but took it back (w/ 5-day return policy) after finding out i could get a NEW car with the same specs for much less. They did give me a great deal on my trade-in, however. |

I paid 20,400 for rally red Si Sedan in CT last year. This was right at invoice. I would have looked at Cooper S and GTI more seriously if they were more competitive on price- similarly equipped, those were going to be about 24,000. Civic Si is the best value in a performance car out there, IMHO.

My first post! I spent full MSRP for a Civic LX in South Carolina just 3 weeks ago (about). I offered $200 above invoice through my auto insurance company buying service and that would have been honored about 4 weeks ago but, Honda Cars of America discontinued this service for obvious reasons. Glad to have it and glad to pay MSRP! My first MPG calculation is 35+. I could have purchased a Corola for about $1,100 less but to me that car did not match-up to the Civic.

I test drove an '08 Si Sedan this past Saturday. I would want a Galaxy Gray, which my local dealer would have to find. The price I was offered was $22,466 OTD. Supposedly this dealer has placed their last order for the '08 Si's since their next order would be for the '09 models - and the three they have coming in are all Terreta Whites. They would have to pay $200 to get the Galaxy Gray from another dealer? I told them I would have to sell my current car first in order to entertain the idea of getting into a Honda. Anyways, is the above price decent?
